Desk Report:Grameen Bank has published a recruitment notice. The company has published this notice for the recruitment of manpower for the post of Apprentice Officer. Post Name: Apprentice Officer. Applications for this post can be made till December 10. Interested candidates can apply online. In addition to the monthly salary, the selected candidates will get various other facilities as per the bank’s policies. The recruitment notice states that the candidates should be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Educational Qualification: Must have a four-year Bachelor’s (Honours) degree/three-year Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s degree in any subject from a recognized university. Must have a minimum of second division/class in all stages of examination. Third division/class will not be accepted at any stage.
Training Method and Salary
The recruited trainee officers will undergo training for one year (two phases) under the Grameen Bank Training Center. In the first phase, a monthly stipend of 13,000 taka (fixed) will be paid and in the second phase, candidates who successfully complete the training will be paid a training allowance of 15,000 taka (fixed). Candidates who successfully complete the training in the second phase will have to appear for a final examination organized by the authority at a specified time; those who successfully pass the examination will be appointed as ‘Senior Officer’ in the 9th grade of the Grameen Bank Pay Scale (2015) of 22000-53060 taka. Apart from that, they will be entitled to financial and other benefits as per the prevailing rules of Grameen Bank. Those who fail the training will be dismissed from the post of trainee officer.
