Robbery assault on police in Dhanmondi, 6 arrested A brutal robbery took place in a six-storey building in the alley of Viqarunnisa School on Dhanmondi Road 8 in the capital on Wednesday morning. Child kidnapped in Katiadi ransom demanded, rescued after 16 hours A two-and-a-half-year-old child was kidnapped in Kishoreganj’s Katiadi and demanded a ransom of six lakh taka. 16 hours after the kidnapping, the police rescued the kidnapped child on Wednesday morning and arrested three people on charges of involvement in the incident.
